Meetings Overview

Meeting records in SalesNOW store information about both scheduled meetings (meetings that you have planned in the future with your customers see Scheduling Meetings) as well as meeting logs (records of meetings that have taken place with your customers see Creating Meeting Logs).

To display a meeting record, tap the Meetings tab in the Tab bar at the bottom of the screen. If the Meetings tab is not in the Tab bar, tap the More tab, and then tap Meetings. This will display the Meetings list. Next, tap the record name to display a specific meeting record.

Meeting records in SalesNOW store a variety of information. The General Information is stored within the main body of the record. To edit the record's General Information, tap Edit at the top right of the screen, next tap the field that you want to edit. Make your change(s) and tap Done and then tap Saveto save your changes.

Meeting records also store Related Information, such as custom information and contact & company associations. To edit the record's Related Information, scroll to the bottom of the page of an open meeting record and tap one of the related lists.
