Deleting Records

To delete a record in SalesNOW, start by clicking on the appropriate tab - such as Contacts, Companies, Leads or Deals - to display the list of records. To delete a deal record, for example, follow these steps:

1. Tap Deals on the tab bar. If the Deals tab is not visible, tap More, and then tap Deals
2. Tap to open the record, such as Major Widget Deal, that you would like to delete.
3. Tap Edit at the top right of the screen and then tap Delete Deal at the bottom of the record.
4. Choose one of three options:

1. On Server and Handheld to delete the record within both SalesNOW on the iPhone and SalesNOW on the WEB.

2. On Handheld to delete the record only within SalesNOW on the iPhone and leave the record intact within SalesNOW on the WEB.

3. Cancel to not delete this deal record

Note: If you deleted a record from within SalesNOW on the iPhone only, you can retrieve the record from SalesNOW on the WEB by downloading the record using an online search.
