SalesNOW Calendar Integration with ICloud

New Calendar entries made in SalesNOW will appear in the users’ iCloud account, so long as their SalesNOW email is set as the Default Calendar Email. If the user has multiple Email addresses associated with their iCloud account, they will need to set this email as the default themselves:

To change the default Calendar on your iPhone, please follow these steps:

Please go to Settings on your iPhone.

Next, please select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Here you will see Default Calendar please select this and ensure that the SalesNOW email address is changed to the Default.


Note: Note: If you are unable to see Default Calendar, under Mail, Contacts and Calendars, it is likely the case that your iCloud has not been activated or that Calendars in iCloud have not been turned on.
