Meetings Overview

Meeting records in SalesNOW store information about both scheduled meetings (meetings that you have planned in the future with your customers see Scheduling Meetings) as well as meeting logs (records of meetings that have taken place with your customers see Creating Meeting Logs).

To display a meeting record, tap the Meetings tab in the Tab bar at the bottom of the screen. Next, tap the record name to display a specific meeting record.

Meeting records in SalesNOW store a variety of information. The General Information is stored within the main body of the record. To edit the record's General Information, swipe down from the top frame and tap Edit, next tap the field that you want to edit. Make your change(s) and then tap Save to save your changes.

Meeting records also store Related Information, such as custom information and contact and company associations. To edit the record's Related Information, scroll to the bottom of the page of an open meeting record and tap one of the related lists.
