Log

From within Log SalesNOW users are given access to key information regarding their account. Here, users can view their Total number of Contacts, Companies, Leads, Deals Cases, Calls, Meetings, Tasks and Emails, as well as view the remaining memory on their device.

In addition, the Log tab gives you the ability to send a log to the SalesNOW support team should you come across an unforeseen error.

To send a log simply:

  1. Tap on the Options tab.
  2. Tap Log
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Send Log to Support. Include a comment as well to help our support team better understand the issue you have been having.
