Emailing Contacts

To email a contact from within SalesNOW, follow these steps:

1. In the main tab menu highlight the Contacts tab and click the trackball
2. Highlight the contact's name, Jane Wilson, for example and click the menu button
3. Highlight Email Jane Wilson and click the trackball (Note: this option will only appear if there is an email address stored on Jane Wilson's contact record)
4. To add more email recipients, click the menu button and select either Add SalesNOW To:, Add SalesNOW Cc: or Add SalesNOW Bcc: (to select contacts from within SalesNOW) or select either Add To:, Add Cc: or Add Bcc: (to select contacts from within your BlackBerry Address Book)
5. If you would like to associate this email to a lead or deal, click the magnifying glass next to Lead/Deal field and select the Lead or Deal that you would like to associate to this email
6. Type email subject and body
7. Click the trackball and click Send to send your email

Note: If you are not within wireless coverage when you send an email, the email will automatically be sent once you return to wireless coverage.
