Composing SalesNOW Emails

SalesNOW users are able to email their business contacts from a contact record (see Emailing Contacts), from a lead record (see Emailing Contacts from a Lead), from a deal record (see Emailing Contacts from a Deal) or from a case record (see Emailing Contacts from a Case). A copy of the email will be saved in SalesNOW and associated to the related contact/company/lead/deal/case record.

Another way to email a contact is from within the Emails tab. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. To display the Emails List, tap the Emails tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Swipe down from the top of the frame and tap Compose New
  3. Add your email recipients by tapping the + button next to To:, Cc or Bcc and tapping the name of the SalesNOW contact that you would like to email. (Note: only contacts that have an email address stored on their contact record will appear in the list of possible email recipients).
  4. If you would like to associate and store this email against a lead, deal, or case record, tap either the Deal, Lead or Case button and tap the appropriate record to associate to the email.
  5. Type email subject and body
  6. Tap Continue and then tap Send to send your email

Note: If you are not within wireless coverage when you send an email, the email will automatically be sent once you return to wireless coverage
