Calling Contacts

To call a contact from within SalesNOW, follow these steps:

1. Tap Contacts on the tab bar.
2. Tap the phone symbol next to the contacts name
3. When the call is finished, the system will return to the SalesNOW window.
4. If you have turned on Capture Calls, the system may prompt you to log the call once the call is complete. If you would like to log the call, tap Yes.
5. Enter the call log information and tap Save to create the call log.

Note: The call contact feature will not work if you are not within wireless coverage.
