Attaching a File to a Record

Files can be attached to SalesNOW Contact, Company, Lead, Deal, Case, Email, and Task records.

 To attach a document to a Contact, for example, do the following:

  1. Click  Contacts

  2. Open the contact record that you would like to attach a File to

  3. Scroll down to Attachments and click New on the right side of the attachment field

  4. Click Browse and locate the File you would like to attach.
  5. Once the File has loaded click Save and Close to save the File to the record
